- Lead panel in admin — a new "Leads" section in the admin panel gives a complete view of potential clients, with filtering by status and source, search, and sorting by date, name, or stage
- Status tracking — leads move through stages: new, contacted, qualified, converted (or rejected — not every lead becomes a client); status changes include an optional reason so you know why someone dropped off
- Assign to an owner — leads can be assigned to a specific admin, or you can claim them instantly with "Assign to me"; no more "I thought you were handling it"
- Notes on leads — every call, every detail logged chronologically against the contact; a lead history you can actually reconstruct
- Convert lead to workspace — when a lead is ready to become a client, create their project workspace and send an email invitation in one move
- Raw form data access — full JSON payload from the contact form, formatted and copyable, always available in the lead detail view
